If you work there, we offer this guide to help you easily connect to this messaging service.
Enter your login credentials
To access and connect to the Grenoble messaging service, go to the login page of Webmail Grenoble. The homepage of Webmail Grenoble features special login windows at the bottom left of the screen. This page opens with a welcome message at the top. To log in, simply enter your login credentials correctly and click on “login“. These are the credentials provided by the Rectorate to each staff member.

Indeed, when you become a member of this university, the rectoral team is responsible for creating an email account for you. It is formatted as first.last(@)ac-grenoble.fr. Additionally, the Rectorate team will send you your credentials via email. You have the freedom to change your password after logging in, if you wish.
If this is your first login, use your Numen to connect. You can then modify your login information.

Access your messaging
After logging into your account, you can now access your message box. In this box, you will find all your messages as well as your calendar. Click on the messages to send or reply to other staff members of the university.
The Webmail Grenoble messaging service also gives you access to your Iprof space and your ENT Grenoble academy account.
What to do in case of access problems?
To successfully connect to the Webmail Grenoble messaging service, you must enter your login credentials correctly. This includes your username and your password. In case you forget your password, click on “Forgot password” and enter your Numen. Then, carefully follow the instructions provided to reset your password.
However, if you have lost your Numen number, it is advisable to contact the secretariat of the Rectorate. In this case, you can also reach out to the human resources division of the Academy of Grenoble. They are authorized to resend your Numen to you.
